-
Well Machined
Mostly metal, extremely well machined, and bone-crushing clamp. I must admit these things are well made. -
Versatile and Adjustable
These are exactly what I was looking for — a base to conveniently hold my lights with the ability to move them at different angles. -
Discreet Mounting
These clips are perfect for mounting a small video camera unobtrusively in our church sanctuary. -
Strong Grip
Very versatile clip with lots of force to hold on. -
Good Build Quality
A decent product that is sturdy & adjusts well. -
Durable and Repairable
The red collar is attached with screws, making it repairable and not prone to breaking. -
Great Value
Getting two of these for about $10 is a GREAT value. -
Great for Cameras and Lights
I use them to mount cameras and also camera lights they work awesome!
-
Large Size
The clamp was a little too big for my space and got in the way of my monitor under the shelf that I wanted to clip the clamp to. -
Unsecured Rubber Pads
Rubber is not secured very well and slips off easily. -
Loose Red Collar
Red part can get loose on the clip easily, the set screw for rotation strips if you tighten securely. -
Not Suitable for All Surfaces
Had to return as it wasn't staying on my wooden table, but this would work on a different table. -
Tripod Attachment Issue
Only issue I have is with the tripod attachment screw cannot be tightened firmly. The camera will still rotate when the locking nut is fully tightened. -
Padded Jaws Can Slip
Plastic padding on the clamp jaws can slip and lead to less secure clamping. -
Potential for Over-tightening
There is a risk of the set screw for rotation stripping if secured too firmly. -
Initial Setup Required
Initial modification may be required to attach it to different surfaces like magnets.
