User Instructions: This is a full manual lens without electronic contacts. Your camera will display a "LENS NOT ATTACHED" message. Simply switch your camera to "M" mode to use the lens. To ensure proper use, set the mode dial to Manual (M), and the error message will disappear.
Manual Focus: Achieve focus by rotating the focus ring on the lens. Note that the aperture value will not be displayed on the camera. In "M" mode, you will need to adjust the shutter speed and ISO settings. For optimal results, especially with telephoto shots, we recommend using a tripod.
